Vivere il Mare, (TO LIVE the SEA), the first and “oldest” environmental competition in Italy inviting high school students to create a docu/video and a commercial on the problems of Italy’s coastlines and surrounding waters. It was the first video competition of its kind in Italy and quickly earned the aegis of the President of the Republic. It is now in its 17th year. photo >>

FOOD 4U, a campaign to inform and create awareness on the importance of a balanced diet, sponsored by the Ministry of Agricultural Policy. In 2011 it will be extended from 16 to all 27 countries in Europe.
The competition, in its sixth year, requires the creation of a commercial, created and produced by students of high school age (14-19). The “prize holiday” for the winning schools, of a week in Italy, is held in Cilento national park with a final awards’ ceremony in Rome. photo >>
Marinando, focuses on marine resources and uses the theater as a venue for creating awareness, while nurturing a creative approach to communications for elementary school children. Marinando has been hosted in the city of Ostuni in Puglia for the past 15 editions. Each year an invitation is extended to several countries situated around the Mediterranean basin. “Progetti in Onda”, “Poniamo che…” and “Raccontaci il tuo PON” are three campaigns created for the Ministry of Education in conjunction with the European Union’s “The School for Development” 2000-2006 to give maximum visibility to the social, cultural and didactic extra-curricular activities in schools of Southern Italian promoted by the EU.It is in its third edition. Mangia Bene, Cresci Meglio a more traditional competition sponsored by the Ministry of agriculture, food and forestry policy. Eat Well, Grow Better addresses the issue of correct nutrition eating habits among children between the ages of 11 to 13. The object of the competition is the creation of a newspaper/magazine advertisement.
